This helps to maintain the satisfaction of our clients and our team members and becomes a ‘virtuous circle’ of success. We take great care, therefore, to seek out diligent and intelligent self-starters with integrity, initiative and intellectual curiosity who will fit in well and who take pride in producing top quality work. They obviously need to understand and enjoy the process applying emerging and next generation technologies to business problems, and, if more senior hires, often have rich functional or industry knowledge.

Graduate recruitment from the top universities is thus an important channel for adding to our skill base, and we have more positions opening every six months.

All recruitment is a two way dialogue where we get to know each other and assess fit. You will have several rounds of interviews, the first with our Head of Development. If successful, you will then meet with several of our existing team members separately, where you will also get a chance to learn further about Serisys, our style and culture and the type of people we hire. Finally, you will meet with each of our Directors.

Often after applying, members of our extended family have received offers from both firms in our clients’ industries as well as from Serisys. While they now often work alongside and in joint client teams, they do enjoy the freedom, project variety, absence of ‘legacy’ platforms, and interesting international travel that characterizes life ‘on the job’.
