HK Mo has more than 25 years of IT experience in the Capital Markets and Banking industries in Asia for UBS and HSBC (formerly Midland Bank) including regional leadership roles.

Nick Rowland has more than 25 years of IT experience in the Capital Markets and Banking industries in Asia with regional leadership roles for Credit-Suisse and Standard Chartered, and financial services consulting experience with PwC and Andersen Consulting.

Tim Rhodes has spent 35 years providing high-end software products to the international finance industry, particularly the major institutions in international and domestic European debt markets. Over the last twelve years his focus has been on seeking to reshape product architectures to be more aligned with business realities through the Syn~ platform.

Jean-Paul Wou is currently a practising lawyer. Prior to this, he had gained over 18 years of experience in the commercial and investment banking industries in Asia.  He had various regional leadership roles including COO for the Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Business at UBS; and as a Regional Financial Controller at Standard Chartered Bank.
