Andrew Chan has over 25 years of IT experience in program/ project management, business process analysis, application development and implementation. He formerly held senior IT roles in Bear Stearns and HSBC in Japan, Hong Kong and the region.

Dr. Xu holds a PhD in Computer Science from McMaster University, Canada, an MsC in Mathematics from Fudan University, Shanghai and is also a China CPA. He is currently an Associate Professor at Tongji University, Shanghai and focuses on risk management, mathematical finance and financial engineering.

Shun Watanabe joined Serisys in 2007 after over 20 years of IT experience in financial services. Prior to Serisys, he was sales director of TIBCO Finance in Japan, (formerly Teknekron). He has also held the position of sales manager of Hitachi Kokusai Electric where he was responsible for promoting Video Switching Systems and display terminals for Tokyo Stock Exchange.
