At Serisys, we have a pool of highly skilled and trained IT staff to provide a full range of Application Services to the Capital Markets and Banking industries. These include:

Application Service Provision (ASP)

Serisys provides ASP, on-demand SaaS (Software as a Service) to customers using secure network access to our supported applications and infrastructure. This enables our customers to have flexible and cost effective access to next generation software solutions developed by our partners. All the solutions we represent are capable of delivery through ASP or SaaS. We partner with either our customer’s preferred supplier, or with the leading data centre infrastructure provider in Hong Kong for this service.

Application Implementation

We provide expertise to support the implementation of our partners' solutions including experienced project managers to lead through the System Development Life Cycle. Our partner systems’ designs lend themselves to a Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, and we have adapted the industry standard Scrum to meet the particular needs of these systems.

Some of the technologies we are comfortable with are AJAX, C, C++, CORBA, GWT, J2EE, Java, Java Beans, Java Swing, Javascript, JAXP, JDBC, JDeveloper, JMS, JMX, JSP, LDAP, Linux, Oracle DBMS, RMI, SOA, UML, VMWare, XALAN, XERCES, XML, XML, XSLT. Our projects typically comprise a mixture of customer onsite staff and staff working from our offices. We offer overall Project Management services when requested by our customers.

We use Redmine for documenting and managing our projects across multiple territories.

Application Support

We deliver production support and maintenance according to user defined Service Level Agreements. We currently supply first line 24*7 support for live production systems of our customers through a dedicated team of support staff.
