All recruitment is a dialogue where we get to know each other and assess fit. You will have several rounds of interviews, the first with one of our senior managers . If successful, you will then meet with several of our existing team members separately, where you will also get a chance to learn further about Serisys, our style and culture and the type of people we hire.
